20 weeks!

The halfway mark! I am really starting to "look pregnant" as my mom says. This was taken in the morning, but at night, my belly gets a lot bigger!

18 weeks + 1 day

Cinco de Mayo! This was after I ate fajitas and Mexican wedding cake (yum!) at the Hewitt's, so my belly was even bigger than normal!

My belly is getting really huge now!
Starting a few days before this pic, I wake up and can feel the baby kicking me! My stomach is really hard and there is definitely a bump that is hard all the time...whereas before, I would wake up in the morning and it had disappeared. Very exciting! A few people have noticed that I am pregnant that didn't already know! Fun, fun! I have another appointment on Monday, but we aren't having a sonogram until the next appointment. I can hardly wait! I am really excited to see a picture of him/her. We are going to try not to find out the sex, so we will have a surprise!

Nest!

We found this nest waiting for us right outside our front door when we moved into our townhouse. I was waiting till springtime to take a picture of it with the little green buds! Isn't it cute! I hope someone will come back and use it this year.

week 15 1/2

I am starting to show more now! You can't really tell in this outfit, because it is a regular suit, but I am starting to wear some of my maternity clothes, and then you can really tell! Behind me is one of Kevin's pretty recent paintings. Pretty awesome!

Kevin and I at the beautiful wedding. It was held at the Rookery Building in downtown Chicago. It was fabulous!

14 weeks

Sorry I haven't posted in a few days...we were in Chicago this weekend for a friends wedding. I will post pics of our trip after this. This is me at about 14 weeks after teaching a Zumba classs!

LeRoy

Kevin's new favorite name is LeRoy...hmmmm...hopefully we have a girl...
We went to the doctor this week and were able to hear the heartbeat! It was really awesome. Sounds pretty fast, like the baby is really excited about something! So fun!

13 weeks

Here I am at about 13 weeks...my pants are finally starting to feel really tight, and some I don't really want to wear anymore. I am trying to wear all of my capris while the weather is a little warmer and they still fit me!

12 weeks

Here I am at 12 weeks...I am finally starting to feel pretty good. For a few weeks I have been very sick and go through times of extreme tiredness, but overall, I feel good. I am teaching Zumba (Latin dance) classes which is really fun, and hope to keep that up through as much of the pregnancy as possible!

11 weeks

These are both from about 11 weeks...the bottom one is Kevin and I on our way to help our leprechaun friend Grant pass out candy in the St. Patrick's Day Parade! We don't usually dress like this! It was a quite rainy day, but we had a really good time with the festivities.
